It wasn't the first time I came, but I had been there years ago and for a while (due to commitments and distance I haven't returned). We booked for 6 on Friday at 9. The owner was very kind and seated us right away even though our table wasn't ready yet, moving us to another table that wasn't ours but was larger. The food was good, and we had a lot of fun, lovely the variety of pizzas and we really appreciated the selection for gluten-free and lactose-free options. (I had a friend who had both intolerances and she told me the food was delicious). The highlight was our waiter, Mr. Ciro Borrelli. He was funny, likable, and entertained us like only someone with an interesting and rich background can do. We really appreciated his humor, not the usual serious waiter who seems to be there without enthusiasm, worried only about finishing quickly, but a likable man with a quick wit. The desserts at the end were delicious, as were the fried starters we ordered to begin with. The bill was also fair, in line with what we ordered. We had a great time and will definitely return. Pizzeria Marigliano in San Giorgio a Cremano is a must-visit, I’d say, enjoying excellent publicity mainly from word-of-mouth. This evening, I decided to go there, and I must say that everything was perfect. The fundamental aspect for me is that they make gluten-free pizza 🍕 🍕 🍕, have a dedicated oven, and also offer fried foods, croquettes, and arancini. I 'preferred' to go there on a Sunday because it is truly impossible to go for pizza 🍕 🍕 🍕 on a Saturday, which obviously, like any respectable pizzeria, has a huge crowd outside. They also do home delivery and accept reservations. To start, I tried the gluten-free fried food, just croquettes, and they were really TOP, CONGRATULATIONS finally a croquette that is definitely sublime, filled with mozzarella and salami. I don’t understand why others prefer to make them empty, no, I like them exactly like those from Pizzeria Marigliano. 2 gluten-free croquettes: €4 Cover charge for 2 people: €4 Margherita: €5 Gluten-free Margherita 😋 😋 😋: €7 But it’s really worth trying, it was also topped with parmesan, which I appreciated a lot. Water 💧: €2 Small Coke 33 cl: €2.50 Total: €24.50 So I truly recommend it. Everything is too good. Clean and new place. Friendly staff. Honest prices. One word: CONGRATULATIONS 👏👏👏
