First time trying the products. The sheet pizza was excellent and tasty. The panzerotto was a bit dry for my taste. The sandwich had excellent texture and flavor. We tasted the desserts with cream and were really satisfied. Definitely worth revisiting. Having only gluten-free products, you can eat with peace of mind!🫶

Great bistro with its own production of gluten-free bread products, both sweet and savory. I bought ciabattines, focaccia, pizza with potatoes, stuffed calzones with ham and mozzarella or with sausages. Located in Latina, and for me, with a house in Terracina, it was the closest I found. Friendly staff. I recommend it.

I went to BO • Bistrot Gluten Free La Pasticèlia in Latina for breakfast with some sweets, and I must say that it was a really pleasant experience. The place is welcoming and immediately conveys a sense of tranquility: it’s clear that everything here is designed for those, like me, who seek 100% gluten-free products without compromising on taste. I tried several fresh pastries — freshly made croissants, assorted pastries, and other little delights — and found them exquisite and well-crafted: flaky, aromatic, and really tasty, so much so that even someone without gluten-free requirements would have enjoyed them. What struck me the most was the feeling of safety and lightness in being able to choose freely from the pastry counter without worrying about gluten contamination, which is essential for those with intolerances. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the environment, although not huge, is well looked after and comfortable, with some outdoor seating to enjoy breakfast on nice days. In short, it’s one of the best places in town for a gluten-free breakfast: really good sweets, a relaxed atmosphere, and the peace of mind of eating without worries — I recommend it without reservation to anyone looking for a quality sweet moment in Latina!

To believe it, I went in for lunch... GLUTEN-FREE.... but what a spectacle... pizza? crunchy, tasty, and flavorful... I could eat more... calzone, good although I prefer a super filling, but this one was really good... ehhh shall we finish with dessert? oh my goodness, extraordinary... deserving of a thousand rewards. I was passing through Latina for work. I looked for a suitable place for my celiac needs. I can confirm that I enjoyed an excellent pasta with tomato sauce, cooked to perfection, as well as a delicious pizza. The people were very kind and attentive, even saving an important item that I had forgotten there. It may seem like a trivial gesture, but in these times, it is not.

The owner’s mother is a very kind person and that alone is enough. As for the food, nothing to say. Regarding the environment, it is welcoming and has an industrial style, unusual and at the same time very nice.

I can sum it up with my favorite place. As a celiac, it’s wonderful to have a place where I can access everything; their production is so special and good that even my husband, who is not celiac, enjoys eating here. The croissants are fabulous, as are the pizzas, cakes, and pastries. The environment is special, tastefully decorated, and that taste is also reflected in the presentation of the food; not just the palate but the eye is also pleased. The owners are a wonderful family and all the love and family atmosphere can be felt.

Living in Australia, we had given up on panettone for 15 years and our son had never tasted it! But no longer!!! We finally found a pastry shop that makes a wonderful gluten-free and lactose-free artisanal panettone. We chose the traditional flavor to start, but there are also many other delicious varieties! Even my mother-in-law, who is not celiac and very traditionalist, appreciated this goodness.

Attentive and prepared staff in managing customers with food intolerance issues. Visited during a few days of relaxation, too bad I discovered it on the last day. I am not celiac nor do I have any intolerance (thankfully) but this morning I went to visit my friend Cristian at his gluten-free place. As soon as I entered, I asked him if they had anything "normal" but he replied that they only make gluten-free food, etc. So I thought, let's try how it is (having had bad experiences with things that are generally inedible). Well, I have to tell you that I tried the pizza, the croissants, and the doughnuts (they also serve aperitifs, lunches, etc., but being worse than a vegetarian, I don't eat many things and can't say). Their products are even better than many "normal" products. If you find yourself in the area, stop by, you won't regret it ❤️

We often bought both sweet and savory items, ever since they were at the old location, and everything has always been excellent, with the added bonus that now it is possible to have breakfast or snacks on-site. We had breakfast over the weekend with delicious croissants filled on the spot, truly excellent, while the girls enjoyed and appreciated a little red pizza. Recommended for those with celiac issues, as it's difficult in Latina to find a place to have breakfast with fresh pastries, since in most cases only packaged items are served due to contamination risks. Highly recommended.
