It's useless to deny I'm biased, but for me, this is one of the best pizza places by the slice in the area. The pizza is always easy to digest with excellent toppings. The only downside is the somewhat difficult parking.

Are we sure that the pizza is gluten-free? No, because it is one of the best pizzas that both I and my guests (who were convinced they were eating a gluten pizza) have ever had. I would like to point out that I ordered the pizzas for delivery at 7:50 PM, and the delivery person arrived half an hour early. Point one, I risked not being there; point two, I had to eat the cold pizzas because I had to wait for my wife, who was supposed to arrive at the time indicated for the delivery. Therefore, the pizzas were cold, burned, and I had requested that one pizza with sausage be made red instead of white, but I didn't receive a call or a message explaining whether it was possible or not. I learned from the delivery person during the delivery that they didn't make it because their box was terrible and couldn't hold the sauce. So it was too late to change. In short, had I known about these issues earlier, I probably would have canceled the order and ordered takeout from another pizzeria, especially since it's impossible to request a red pizza and not have it made due to box problems. I don't think I will reorder. I will attach photos of the pizzas that, unfortunately, we couldn't eat. However, the fried items were decent.

I came to eat gluten-free pizza here at Pizzaiolo d'oro Zero glutine and I can assure you it is nothing to envy compared to regular pizza. The guy who made my pizza, Valerio, although very young, is truly excellent. He puts passion into what he does and has a lot of attention and care toward the customer. The other guy who was with him today, Giordano, is also really skilled and helpful. A compliment goes also to the girls who welcome us at the entrance working at the classic Pizzaiolo d'oro counter, with whom I had the pleasure of exchanging a few words while waiting, very kind and smiling.

Gluten-free Roman pinsa among the best I’ve ever eaten 😋 Too bad it's only for takeout. It has just two small tables attached to the counter. In my opinion, they could open a pizzeria with table service! Friendly owner!

Gluten-free products but especially lactose-free! Finally a margherita that my daughter can eat. Moreover, it's also really good. Electric oven, not wood-fired, but I guarantee the goodness of the product. Also lactose-free sweets. A delight and a gem for those who are intolerant.

This is my first and only experience with gluten-free products, so I cannot make a comparison with similar offerings. I based my thoughts on a comparison with classic pizza. Personally, before tasting, I thought the flavors of these products would be particularly bland and somewhat uniform compared to traditional preparations. However, I can say I was positively surprised, this also applies to other baked and fried preparations available in the store. It can certainly be a worthy substitute for a night shared with a celiac friend. I don't know if the credit goes to the quality of the products used and/or the pizzaiolo, but the judgment is positive. The only significant downside (due to my preference) concerns the size of the pizzas; I personally prefer a slightly larger diameter. Everything else is normal; I don't express opinions on prices since I haven't purchased these products from other pizzerias. PS. It's advisable to make a reservation; otherwise, there's not much availability at the counter.

I am not celiac but I wanted to try. As my grandfather used to say, blessed is ignorance when you are well in mind, heart, and belly. Delicious pizza, sweets, and fried foods. I recommend the supplì, incomparable. Very polite and professional staff. I highly recommend it.

I just enjoyed a capricciosa, both the dough and the toppings were excellent, one of the best gluten-free pizzas I've ever had, and the price was great too. I also had a supplì and a fried doughnut, and I can fully say they are no different from the regular ones, truly delicious. Congratulations, you have a new customer!!!

I must preface that I am not celiac, but I wanted to try. My judgment is negative because, as my grandmother used to say, you eat first with your eyes. The counter was poor, with very little variety. As for the dough, I cannot judge because I have no comparisons to make since it's the first time I've eaten gluten-free pizza, but regarding the toppings, I was really disappointed. Prices are average. I recommend it for a try.

Excellent pizza, I can't find any differences between this gluten-free dough and a regular pizza; it’s not like the usual pizza sold in pharmacies that tastes of nothing. Really excellent, especially the supplì.

Very good pizza and great prices. They don't have many products available yet (croissants, pasta, and bread) but they just opened recently, so I will update the review in a few months.
