Sul menù non era segnata ma il cameriere mi ha sorpresa spiegandomi con prontezza che avevano la base pizza senza glutine. La base è fra le più buone che abbia assaggiato fin ora, scegliendola ben condita mi ha ridato il piacere della pizza! Il personale è peraltro molto attento e informato e mi ha portato pane senza glutine senza che glielo chiedessi.
