The gluten-free dough ranked 2* in Europe, so it starts from an excellent base. It is truly an excellent dough, light! And the pizza is very similar to those with gluten! Nice place, friendly staff, good ingredients, and many pizza options on the menu (for all tastes). Prices are average, with an additional +3€ for the gluten-free dough. I recommend booking (especially in summer, they have two shifts: 7:30 PM and 9:30 PM). Highly recommended!

Thin crust, well cooked, quality ingredients, and a variety that challenges even the most decisive. The venue is AIC certified, which is a huge plus. Here, even those who are celiac can relax and choose without anxiety because practically the entire menu is available in gluten-free versions and with flavor! Just a stone's throw from the sea, with the sea salt in the air and the scent of the wood-fired oven, the experience is complete. Simple, quick, but with that extra touch that makes you say "it's good enough."

Pizza not just good, but more. I tried both the regular pizza and the gluten-free one; they were the same, the best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten. The pizzeria has been registered with the AIC for years, a safe place, so the risk of contamination is zero. Moreover, they were European champions for gluten-free pizza. I can’t find anything negative to say; I recommend it to everyone.
