On the way... we got takeout and had a good experience. The important thing is that there is no contamination at all!

The gluten-free starters are exceptional and so is the pizza! They pay great attention to cross-contamination, they have an open kitchen so you can see how they work.

I have known La Fornace for years, as it was one of the first pizzerias in the area to offer gluten-free service. An absolute plus is the dedicated wood-fired oven and the entire exclusive area for gluten-free preparations. The fried foods are artisanal and very good. Whether for takeout or on-site, it is always a guarantee!

We have a celiac son and finding a restaurant that also cooks for celiacs with choices and dishes the same way as for non-celiacs already deserves 5 stars. In July, we had pizza with appetizers and months ago we also had first and second courses. The quality is excellent and the place is nice too. The staff is very kind from the owner to the waiter to the pizzaiolo to the chef. Everything was appreciated and prices are very fair. Great!!!!

it must be eaten on site. If you eat the pizza on site, it is delicious; if you order it to take away, it's inedible.

Gluten-free fried food to forget. With all due respect, dear guys from the furnace, the fries were excellent, but the Ascolan olives, the zucchini flowers, the bacalao, the potato croquettes, and the supplì need a complete overhaul!

We celebrated my niece's birthday who comes from Germany and is celiac and wanted to eat pizza, this is the right place, gluten-free pizza but not just that, also all the fried appetizers like supplì, croquettes, flower fritters. The pizza is very good, Roman style so thin (I prefer it a bit thicker, but I must say it's really good) soft and very well topped. And then there's a large parking lot that makes life a lot easier. Really compliments.

Very good gluten-free pizza. You have the option to choose the ingredients you want, even lactose-free. Service a bit slow, but on Saturday evening it's reasonable. We will definitely return!

Great pizza after coming back from the sea. At first, they told us there was no space (Sunday at 9 PM for 11 people makes sense). After a quarter of an hour, they contacted us again saying there was room, and this saved our evening. Excellent fried foods (my friends were very satisfied with the shrimp cream supplì) and the pizza was also excellent, with a very digestible and slightly thick dough similar to 'Neapolitan'. They also make gluten-free pizzas. In the end, the amaro offered by the owner was the icing on the cake for a very efficient and helpful service. I will return when I come back to this area by the sea.

The restaurant with a large outdoor area serves excellent pizzas and many typical dishes, including gluten-free options. We tried the classic supplì and pizza in gluten-free versions, and they were good. The bill was great! The prices are really reasonable.
