I had lunch at the Bistrot today. They immediately warned me about the contamination but, at the same time, they assured me that they would take the utmost care. I am symptomatic but, given the lack of alternatives and the trust they inspired in me when we spoke, I decided on my own responsibility to try it anyway, and I am satisfied.
