THE CELIAC PARADISE: this place is a true paradise for celiacs. When my mom visited it for the first time, she lit up 🤩 seeing so many products, both fresh (sweet and savory) and packaged. Last year, the store staff had a wonderful idea and organized the gluten-free festival with pizzas, focaccia, mixed fried fish, olive ascolane, etc...

Heaven for us gluten and lactose intolerant! Sweet and savory delights that are really delicious, just like eating the 'normal' ones. The staff gives great recommendations based on your tastes, and all the products are fresh. From cakes to pastries to little treats, everything is made with care. Truly everything is delicious. A lot of attention to detail.

Prices are too high. Moreover, when I started shopping at this store, I was promised a 10 euro voucher to spend on anything, but every month there is a new rule that prevents me from using it. Once it was because of the holidays, another time for tourists, and yet another because they could not give me something with the voucher that they could sell the next day. In my opinion, unacceptable.

It had been 15 years since I last ate a bombolone or a croissant that tasted like a croissant... a marvel of flavors, a real feast. The savory options were also noteworthy. This experience raised the value of this vacation to 100. THANK YOU

For three summers (since my daughter’s diagnosis), whenever we’re on vacation, I come to stock up (in the literal sense) from Signorile. A magical place for those with celiac disease, top-notch fresh products, and super competitive prices for us from Bolzano; it’s an oasis in the desert since, where we live, fresh products are non-existent, only packaged or frozen. If they could be transported to us, they would do wonders. Keep it up, Erika!

Wrong order. Despite 8 days' notice. No warning before the mistake was picked up. Blame-shifting between the staff (who called the customer's private number to complain about the complaint) and the owners. Thank you for responding to the review, but I would have appreciated the same kindness and professionalism yesterday when I wrote to the owner on Messenger to point out the mistake and the lack of warning. Instead, I was told that the fault was mine and my boyfriend's who picked up the order. I also received a harassing call from the staff who complained about my complaint to the owner.

We went to Signorile for a savory breakfast, we bought focaccia and small pizzas (gluten-free) and paid very little for excellent baked goods. The lady I met in the store was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

What I regretted the most giving up since I discovered my celiac disease is the bombolone. I loved going to the café and having breakfast with a bombolone and coffee. Sometimes I came across some gluten-free bomboloni, but they were very disappointing. This summer, however, on a friend's suggestion, I went to Signorile and had an exquisite, sublime gluten-free bombolone. I couldn’t believe it. I can’t wait to go back.

Excellent products! Truly a bakery, pastry shop, and store of high-level GLUTEN-FREE products that is very well-stocked! It accepts ASL Marche grocery vouchers for the purchase of gluten-free products allowed by the guidelines. I didn't give five stars only because the prices of fresh products are very EXPENSIVE.
