I often go for breakfast at this pastry shop. Excellent gluten-free products.

I have already been to this pastry shop, which is well-stocked with sweet pastries, pizzettes, and other savory products, twice. Even the ginseng, which is normally at risk here, is made gluten-free. I was told that the owner is celiac, so he pays special attention.

The gluten-free cream Venetian pastry is exquisite... @razvan, if you say that the bakeries in the area are better, can you point them out to me? There is nothing gluten-free around here.

Good products, bad service. Disorganized and extremely slow, considering they have 12-15 tables and 7-8 employees at the counter. Gluten-free products are excessively expensive. 1 brioche 2.40€ - 1 juice 2.50€ total 4.90€. After receiving a response from the owner, I would confirm everything and add that not accepting a criticism/review that aims to improve shows "a lot". The 150 people they "hypothesize" were present, they forgot; on that day, there were perhaps 30 of us, so the wait was unjustified. If it had been normal, I obviously wouldn't have complained, but in my opinion, it's always like this. Regarding the gluten-free options, I reiterate that they are overpriced considering the competition, just like the "normal" items. I took a chance and returned, but today even the quality leaves much to be desired, referring to the normal brioche; mine was very light even though it was "filled"; in fact, it was almost empty. However, my daughter confirms the excellent quality of the gluten-free ones, which today I am reviewing again at 1/3 more, from 2.40€ to 3.60€ for the juice as well. I say that 7.20€ for a brioche and a juice is truly exaggerated. Likewise, normal coffee and brioche cost 15/20% more than others. Furthermore, seeing staff use soy products (understood as milk packaging) from Eurospin, which historically has "popular" prices, and paying as if in Piazza Bra or Piazza San Marco in Venice, is even more annoying. I hope they change what can be objectively modified, and I wish them good work.

I had requested a gluten-free and lactose-free cake for a birthday with a personalized inscription. The portions were just right for the indicated number of people, and the cake was really delicious! Excellent value for money as well. Absolutely recommended!

I was here in the afternoon and there was almost no choice left. I bought the last four gluten-free pastries available and about ten mini pastries because even the regular pastries were sold out. I paid an excessive price, around 20 euros, compared to what other bakeries in the area offer, and it wasn't justified by the poor quality of the purchased products. A disappointment compared to previous times, I don't think I will come back again.
