Cibo artigianale di loro produzione (hanno anche una rivendita) tipico montanaro. Vado da loro da tanti anni perché siamo sempre in zona in vacanza e da sempre ho notato che sono pieni di clienti celiaci - me compresa! Segnalano sempre ciò che da menù ha rischio contaminazione (su cui non possono garantire al 100%) ma sono attentissimi, mi sono sempre trovata bene e ho mangiato sempre bene, genuino e sicuro. A tutto ciò si aggiunge la vista e l'aria spettacolare delle nostre Dolomiti... per me un must!
