L'itinerario del senza glutine e senza lattosio mi ha fatto approdare presso la pasticceria Pietrini, un vero bijou nel cuore storico di Susa. Tra i dolcetti consigliati per gli intolleranti al glutine e al lattosio mi sento diconsigliare le "lose golose". Sul bancone delle bignole figurano anche le classiche meringhe e i biscottini a base di pasta di mandorle. Ambiente delizioso e accogliente, con una strizzatina d'occhio ad un passato di tradizione professionale e dedizione di famiglia.
