Ho ordinato una pizza senza glutine da asporto. Una disgustosa base precotta gommosa, praticamente cruda alla base, condita al sapore di cartone pressato e mozzarella, per la modica cifra di 11 euro. Credo che difficilmente si servirebbero pizze precotte ai clienti non celiaci, e soprattutto non per quella cifra. È una vergogna, lucrare sulle necessità e sulle aspettative di persone che hanno una malattia.
