I went there on a Monday morning and there wasn't much choice in the gluten-free section located in an adjacent area to the main café. However, the apricot cake was good.

I entered the gluten-free pastry shop at 8:45 in the morning and they no longer had any croissants... I took the only two things left... 2 pastries so thin that they didn’t even satisfy me... almost 5 euros. When I got home, I had breakfast but the pastries were old and the apples sour. I prefer to travel a few more kilometers, but for 5 euros I can take home at least 4 croissants and they are also good. To top it all off, the lack of courtesy has always characterized this establishment (noticed in many instances).

This morning, March 6, 2021, I bought a gluten-free brioche (much longed for), but it was old. And this has happened before. The quality of Dolci e Dolci is excellent, but these things should not happen. The pastry was dry and definitely from the day before. I wish at least it had been mentioned.... Anyway, I don't think it's fair, also because since it was takeout I couldn't complain. I ate it anyway, but I am very, very disappointed.

The best pastry shop in Chieri. Courteous and kind staff even with a packed store (and if you go, you'll understand why it's packed). Legendary savory snacks. Great selection of gluten-free products. Highly recommended.
