In Giarre there is the paradise for celiacs!! Bakery, pastry shop all strictly gluten-free. As soon as we entered, we found tons of delicacies, from bread to breadsticks to wonderful mini pizzas and desserts. We were there this morning to get arancini (made to order) and a brioche with pistachio cream, and I assure you they were truly delicious! The girl at the counter and also the guy behind were super friendly, kind, and helpful! Next time we stop in Sicily, we will definitely return to the zero gluten shop.

I was here on vacation with some friends, including one with celiac disease and I with lactose intolerance, and this place has been a godsend! Amazing arancini that are no less than the ordinary ones I have tasted in the area. Highly recommended. Call ahead to order, though, because you might not find them due to the high influx. It will be my reference point for years to come.

I live abroad and I recently discovered that I am celiac. Coming home for the holidays, many people pointed me to this store. So I went, and as soon as I walked in, my eyes saw paradise.😁 I started by tasting the chiacchiere and cookies, and they have nothing to envy from those with gluten. I will return to taste the pastries and everything else. Oh, I forgot to mention, the environment is very clean and the lady at the counter is very kind. Thank you for the work you do.

I have known this bakery for a few years even though I don't visit much because I live in Catania and eat little😁. However, what I have had the chance to eat, such as bread, hot table snacks, and brioche, is very satisfying. For New Year's Eve, I ordered a whole scacciata which I froze in pieces, and I must say it is excellent and better than what I found elsewhere. It's obvious that it cannot be compared to one with gluten. The brioche with granita are superb. So, compliments!

A wonderful surprise! A family-run gluten-free shop with in-house production, therefore everything is artisanal. Having made this premise, I tasted the cannoli, the arancino, the pastry with ham and mozzarella, and then... The Brioche with the tuft... What else can we say, everything was extremely delicious! I live in Milan and I'm Calabrian, and I've been to many places, but I can assure you that you don’t easily find such excellent products. A true oasis of happiness for those who are gluten intolerant and find themselves in or come to Sicily. Finally, a special thanks to the owners who are wonderful people and, with a lot of sacrifices (being celiac, I know something about it), give their all to satisfy their customers... Because their joy comes from everyone who appreciates their work and products! ❤️

I thank Tiziana, the owner, and all the staff for bringing back flavors I feared I would never taste again: here is all of Sicily, the arancini melt in your mouth after the first bite, and all the senses join in pleasure. The famous brioche with the tuppo will give you indescribable joys accompanied by Tiziana's granite, and the almond pastries will give you the heart of a land that can only be loved. Ten out of ten for this place in every single aspect, from cleanliness to product quality, individual embroideries of a single fabric: the passion and seriousness of a team led by a woman who is a volcano. Great store for everything related to gluten-free products. A celiac entering here has only the embarrassment of choice. Wide selection of products and brands for packaged goods and an equally wide range of artisanal products. From dessert cookies to hot table meals, from pastries to cakes of all kinds. The hot table, besides being very good, is also large for a price equal to that of a classic café, but with the difference of being gluten-free. Whoever enters here does not feel at all celiac and eats healthy products of good quality, protecting their health. Congratulations really, keep it up.
