The only pizzeria in Scandiano that makes gluten-free pizzas, good, taste-wise nothing to complain about. Too bad that for home deliveries they don’t deliver only gluten-free pizzas. (In my opinion, this is a serious lack of respect, also because I don’t understand what’s different from pizzas with gluten, indeed we celiacs spend more regardless).

I got sick after eating here. Pizzas are made in a single environment; the separation is just superficial. The same person makes both pizzas, simply washing their hands, but with the same apron, etc.. etc..

I evaluate the pizzeria primarily for what pizza should be. Flavorful, well-cooked... for me, one of the best. Plus, they have their own gluten-free pizza, and the place is AIC certified, which is great for celiacs looking for gluten-free pizza that’s a notch above the rest. The downsides are that being a small establishment (and only takeout), they don’t have a bathroom and there is no dining area where you can stay and eat.
