I am pregnant and cannot eat gluten foods. My partner and I just wanted to eat something simple and quick. And Niente was fully booked... actually, all the tables were free except one. It would be the only place to eat gluten-free foods. This is the second time it has happened to me, but if you also operate as a restaurant, you should be ready for someone who is not staying in your hotel. It is not possible to reply to his comment, so I will respond like this. I wrote that it is the second time and the first time I called 2 days in advance. The response? Identical we're fully booked. Accept criticisms... my review won't make you work less, don't worry🙂

I honestly expected much more from the hotel. The rooms are modern and spacious, with a 14" TV. The bathroom is very modern, but lacks a bidet: there is only a hand shower, which is a bit uncomfortable. The environment is rather impersonal, although the staff has always been very kind, polite, and helpful. Excellent attention to gluten-free options: the food is outstanding, and my daughter was very happy to be able to try all the homemade desserts. The real downside was the water: being on the third floor, it came with very low pressure, and often in the evening, it didn't come at all. When it did come, it was cold. We tried waiting and followed the staff's advice to close the bidet's hand shower, but the situation improved only slightly. Overall, I expected something more. Despite everything, however, the stay went well.

Chosen for a gluten-free restaurant, actually excellent gluten-free foods, the fried gnocchi is remarkable. Fabulous staff attentive to the needs of celiacs. AIC compliant. Go, you'll feel good. Modest environment but that's not what matters, what counts is the tranquility of the food ingested.

I had dinner at this hotel restaurant, everything was excellent, the staff was really kind and polite, the food was great! There was a celiac person with me, and the gluten-free dishes were truly delicious, all homemade, pasta, bread, and desserts were fantastic even without gluten!

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon the restaurant of this hotel by chance, and we had a wonderful meal. Moreover, there is a complete selection for those who are intolerant or allergic to gluten. I am also lactose intolerant, and they were able to accommodate me in that regard as well. Everything was delicious, and the staff was kind and helpful ❤️

We stayed for about 5 days and we were really well. The staff is very kind and helpful, warm-hearted, always ready to meet every request. Especially regarding gluten-free cooking, I was treated very well, like a normal person, in fact pampered perhaps even more. Everything was really delicious. A special thanks goes to Valentina and Fatima, always smiling, kind, and available. Really, thank you from the heart. The only thing to improve is the cleanliness.

We had a great time, a truly characteristic family-run hotel with a constant atmosphere of warmth and kindness. The gluten-free aspect of the hotel was the reason for our choice, which I must say turned out to be spot on! Even for non-celiacs, we recommend this hotel because of the homey atmosphere we felt. Daily cleaning of the room; when we come to ski, we will definitely return to stay here!!

Everything was perfect! The staff is very kind and well-organized, the rooms are clean, and the gluten-free restaurant is a must-try. The location is great, close to the center of Abetone and Val di Luce. The decor from past years adds a family-like atmosphere rather than being a bother. The parking is free and not an issue, it's outdoor and reserved for guests. We will be back with great pleasure! Thank you.

Welcoming, courtesy, professionalism, availability, excellent cuisine, exceptional gluten-free options with the highest attention I've ever found, staff that makes you feel at home... A downside? Leaving because the vacation is over!

We stopped for lunch for a quick meal, excellent polenta with mushrooms and venison, good house wine, very well organized for gluten-free (also listed in AIC), family-friendly atmosphere and very kind staff. Definitely worth returning, perhaps for a few days of vacation, since they also have hotel accommodation. Recommend.
