Buono buono buono. A quanto ho capito c'è una cucina separata, ma non ci metto la mano sul fuoco che non ci sia contaminazione. Ho potuto mangiare un antipasto di salumi, niente primo (neanche polenta) e un ottimo brasato di manzo con polenta. Avevano anche dolci senza glutine ma non li ho provati
