Great bread even without lactose. I tried different types, all good. Soft rolls, still edible a few days later if heated. The Cagliari-style pizza bites, crostini, cream-filled cannoli, and Easter dove cake are also excellent.

I contacted Free Gustoso while planning a trip to Tamuli for the event "Tamuli... on the night of St. Lawrence" after noticing the company logo among the sponsors and to ensure that gluten-free preparations were available for my celiac partner. We then learned and verified that almost all the preparations at the event's stands were "gluten-free" thanks to an intelligent choice by the organizers (the ESEDRA Excursions coop. - ed) and the valuable contribution of "Free Gustoso." This establishment has been present in Macomer and then throughout Sardinia for over 15 years, inheriting the experience, competence, and dedication from the oldest Forno Atzori in Via Sicilia, successfully creating a gluten-free and lactose-free line to produce food for a wide range of food allergies and intolerances. We subsequently purchased both baked goods and dry pastries at the sales point (WARNING! : open only in the morning! - ed), while, due to the heat and a long journey ahead, we had to forgo cakes filled with cream or custard. That will be a good reason to revisit!!! UNTIL NEXT TIME!!!

Excellent gluten-free pastry shop; aside from the small pastries, the bomboloni filled with cream and the peaches are simply fabulous. The latter are available only on reservation. They also make bread and small pizzas, the panettone for Christmas, and paradise for those with celiac disease and lactose intolerance.

Celiac since 2005, I have tried hundreds and hundreds of products, both artisanal and non-artisanal, some artisanal ones are very good but always with some negative aspect (although I have always appreciated them). Yesterday I tried a tray of pastries from Free Gustoso: I have never tasted anything in 15 years that resembles gluten-containing products so much. Perfect puff pastry (I have never seen such gluten-free puff pastry), it has remained identical even today (I have never tried a product that didn’t become stiff or lose softness and moisture the next day). Super! :)

A year ago, I discovered that I'm celiac and I still haven't 'tested' many places around Italy. But I had the opportunity and the luck to try the pastry and bakery of this place, to which I give my sincerest compliments. I was afraid that I had stumbled upon a bakery that I was used to until a few years ago, no matter how good everything was. I absolutely recommend!!!

The gluten-free paradise! We come from Sassari just to buy the gluten-free products prepared in this bakery/pastry shop; Courtesy, professionalism, a wide selection of types of bread, cookies, flours, pastries. There are stands with products (sauces, jams, honey, sweet and savory spreads). There is a bar corner with indoor and outdoor tables and comfortable seating.
