Pleasant surprise; served in a very short time, noticed dough and toppings for celiacs among the wide menu, had a sandwich, good quality, price the same, guys and girls in harmony. Praise... praise.

Pizzeria with street-facing slice service, in front of the Carrarese castle. A few tables outside, no table service. We were there just last night before a concert at the castle. My wife was thrilled with the gluten-free pizza (AIC certified), made with their own dough and quality ingredients, really excellent. The only downside I found is the extra €3 charge for the gluten-free dough, but with today's prices, it's already hard to find a pizzeria (even with table service) that offers their homemade gluten-free dough.

Delicious pizza, I tried various flavors, all the ingredients are good and of quality. Very punctual in delivery, friendly staff. Above all, they have gluten-free pizza which I always get for my celiac daughter and it is really good. TOP

Very good pizza, they have different types of dough to accommodate those with intolerances or allergies, the menu offers a long list of pizzas and they make the pizza on request. Usually, they are quite fast and respect the times they give you over the phone. The place is a bit small and you have to wait outside if you arrive early.

Excellent gluten-free pizza. Thin, well-cooked, and leavened. A rare find. The service is precise and very punctual. The staff is truly kind. Our Friday evenings would not be the same without the pizzeria "La Castellana."
