Struttura eccezionale terme meravigliose, in assoluto le migliori e le più raffinate. Note negative: assenza totale di controlli all’interno dell’area adulti, persone che giravano tranquillamente con gli smartphone nonostante all’ingresso fosse segnalato il divieto. Altro punto assolutamente negativo è stato l’assenza totale all’interno del ristorante di pietanze Gluten free. Il personale è stato impreparato e molto scortese. Per un celiaco è impossibile mangiare qualcosa non era presente neanche pane o crostini confezionati. Il personale del ristorante arrogante, scortese e incompetente.
