The flavor and texture of the Gluten Free passatelli have improved significantly. They break very easily. In my opinion, before the interruption of the production of gluten-free products, the quality was better.

Thank you so much for being there!!! I ate your gluten-free cappelletti at Christmas, they were fabulous!! My cousin tried them and said they looked just like the classic ones.. Really compliments!!!! And the rest of the pasta was delicious too 👏👏😍😋

Quality, courtesy, many take-away delicacies, fresh pasta, excellent fresh pasta and piadine also gluten-free from the AIC circuit. Delicious.

They sell various ready-made dishes whose appearance was really good. I tasted the gluten-free tortellini and they were exceptional because the filling was tasty and delicate, and the pasta holds up well during cooking. The gluten-free products are frozen in packages, so if you want them fresh, I recommend calling early in the morning to order them.
