Pleasant surprise. AIC certified, the entire menu is available gluten-free. The menu is not very extensive, but typical Piacenza dishes are available, and the first courses are made with handmade pasta, including gluten-free options. Courteous service. Essential location (it is actually a very spartan inn). If I have a chance, I will definitely return.

While looking for restaurants with gluten-free food, we discovered this place in Piacenza. Finally, someone is considering people with gluten intolerance. The location is the classic trattoria, nothing special, but the food is very good. Everything on the menu can also be made gluten-free...great. The only downside is that there isn't a paper menu; the waitress lists the various dishes. In my opinion, customers should know in advance what they'll spend, and especially, a list of allergens, which is now mandatory to have.

I happened to see the advertisement and wanted to try it immediately; I got the gluten-free menu and I must say it was delicious, both the fried dumplings and the pisarei. The staff was very kind, and the price was great! We will definitely return, it was an excellent discovery.

We attended a birthday lunch and the restaurant was chosen for its gluten-free menu. The fried gnocchi didn't excite me, I didn't taste the cold cuts, but I was told that the bacon and coppa were decent, meanwhile the pickled vegetables were good. I skipped the first course and had the second, but the roast beef was just a simple cold cut with no praise or blame, while the roasted potatoes were disappointing: dry and not very flavorful. The dessert also didn't satisfy me because for my taste, the egg flavor was too strong. I don't think I will return.

I recommend it! The most important aspect for us was the possibility of having a place to eat gluten-free in complete safety. Gluten-free fried gnocchi was highly appreciated, generous portions and quality. Exquisite wild boar and perfectly tender roast cap. The first courses were also good. A pleasant experience... There is the possibility for people with Celiac disease to eat in total safety as there are two kitchens. I recommend calling and specifying how many will need the gluten-free menu or for other intolerances. You will find the waitresses very kind and attentive. We tasted everything from the appetizer to dessert, and we were all very happy; the dishes were very good with fair prices also based on the portions. We are sure we will return soon.

Our little celiac was thrilled and almost speechless at the opportunity to eat the same things as the other diners, incredulous to see that all the main courses and desserts were gluten-free. He was able to enjoy a double portion of fried gnocco. For me, lactose intolerant, there was a wide choice of first and second courses; too bad about the dessert, but the sorbet was really very good. Seeing a celiac boy indecisive about what to choose because of the great variety is priceless... Excellent food, all the fresh pasta is gluten-free, even the fried gnocchi, which is exquisite. The appetizers are great, the first courses are excellent, and the desserts are delightful. The place is a bit off the beaten path, but it's worth the effort. The service is excellent, offering the best recommendations; they are kind, friendly, and always have a smile on their faces. Given the quality and the complete availability of gluten-free dishes, the price is good. We will definitely return.

We went today for the first time and what can I say if not everything was excellent! We recently discovered my daughter's celiac disease and going out to eat is a real puzzle... here the same menu was cooked for her... everything was delicious 😋! We will definitely come back.

A restaurant a bit outside Piacenza, but it's definitely worth a visit! It's a very casual place, with friendly waiters, and if you communicate any intolerances in advance, like my case of celiac disease, they will be prepared for your arrival. The entire menu can also be made gluten-free, including fresh pasta and fried gnocchi!! Highly recommended for a meal outside to taste the local specialties. For an appetizer, first course, dessert, and half a liter of house wine (very good), we spent about €26 per person! 😍

The cuisine is truly excellent even for gluten-free dishes. I particularly recommend the homemade pastas to celiac customers: tortelli piacentini and anolini are really exquisite and can be purchased in convenient portions, even frozen, to stock up and enjoy some treats at home as well.

I celebrated my son's confirmation who is celiac and I had a wonderful time. Every dish was delicious both with and without gluten. My son was able to enjoy every dish we were having. We celebrated my daughter's Confirmation at this venue. We had a great time and ate very well. Excellent Piacenza cuisine. The staff was attentive and friendly. Finally, we found a place to eat with my nephew who is celiac; indeed, the restaurant has been registered with the AIC association for many years and the staff is very attentive to celiac individuals.
