Ho provato la pizza al tartufo senza glutine. Gli ingredienti sono buoni, forse un po’ troppa mozzarella. La base mi sembrava una base pre confezionata ma comunque abbastanza buona, più piccola rispetto alle pizze normali come al solito. Ottima cosa che non vi sia una maggiorazione di prezzo per il senza glutine
