Formula Fast Food with Piedmontese cuisine, a very nice idea and good quality. Unfortunately, the wait times are quite long and the table cleanliness is not adequate, even though everything is served on trays like in fast food. However, the quality-price ratio is good, especially for those who are gluten intolerant and want to eat gluten-free safely, as the restaurant is part of the AFC circuit of AIC. There are many gluten-free options! In Turin, there are 2 locations of this chain, I went to the one near Porta Nuova Station.
