I went to dinner at this restaurant because it is certified for celiacs. It has a wide menu also available in gluten-free versions. The pizza has a surcharge of €2 for the gluten-free version. The pizza was huge and really good. The staff was very kind. Highly recommended. I will definitely go back to try the desserts; I was really too full.

Highly recommended. I went yesterday with my family for Christmas lunch, everything was exquisitely delicious. I am celiac and intolerant to milk proteins, but I could eat from the appetizer to dessert, with a menu identical to that of others. They even provided vegetable cheese, truly remarkable considering that many restaurateurs, when they learn of my intolerances, either completely alter the menu or say they are not equipped. The managers of this restaurant showed that where there's a will, there's a way. A huge thank you to them and to all the staff, all very kind. The dishes, as already mentioned, were truly excellent, and the strudel at the end of the meal was out of this world, one of the best I have ever tasted. I repeat that the entire menu was gluten-free and dairy-free. I will be a lifelong customer.

All gluten-free antipasti, we had olive ascolane, breaded anchovies, and supplì, all excellent. 1 broccoli and sausage pizza, 1 four seasons pizza, 1 carbonara pasta, and other gluten-containing items. Everything was excellent and everyone was satisfied. AIC certification well displayed. Excellent service. The venue is human-sized, quiet, not noisy, a lovely experience.

I have been living in Rome for almost 4 years and for the past 2/3 years I have been getting their gluten-free pizzas and fried foods to take away as it wasn't very convenient for me to get to their location, but I loved their products! I was there last week and I was fascinated! They have a really vast menu for gluten-free options, the place is a bit rustic but very welcoming! The waiter suggested a menu that included mixed fried foods, a drink, pizza, and dessert! We had a great time; there were a couple of tiny mistakes with the service, but the staff were very nice and friendly, so no problem! We will definitely return to try many more gluten-free options, thank you!

The Country never disappoints! A perfect dinner! Last night the very kind lady offered us a pizza menu at €20. Mixed fried appetizers (bruschetta with tomato, olives all'Ascolana, mozzarella ball, artichoke, sausage, supplì, and croquette), pizza, drinks of your choice, and dessert to choose from a rich list. My menu was all gluten-free and with no extra charge. Everything was great! The freshly baked strudel was spectacular. I confirm, it's my favorite gluten-free place!

A regular piece of bread (white cardboard in the photo) was delivered by Deliveroo when a gluten-free one was ordered instead. The justification for the mistake was completely pointless and unprofessional. The entire order was gluten-free. The piece of bread, being white cardboard with no distinction of GF, made me suspicious. Once contacted, no apology was received, but they insisted they were professionals in the field. No resolution options were proposed except for an additional purchase (I wouldn't have eaten with my family because the other dishes would have cooled down in the meantime). In fact, the bright idea was to eat my relative's order, which was also gluten-free. (The owner decided what I should eat for dinner). To err is human, but it wasn't a mistake like cooked and raw ham; it was between gluten and gluten-free, and in this case, it concerns celiac disease. The owner transcribes the order from Deliveroo by hand for the kitchen, and in 2025, this seems like a prehistoric action. They also confirmed the transcription error when a label maker for orders would suffice. Never again.

We returned after 5 years. The quality of the food remained the same, as did the attention of the staff towards customers. Everything was excellent. The gluten-free food was really delicious. For those with celiac disease: absolutely try the bruschetta. The bread is fantastic. The place has a rustic style and is very welcoming. The only off note is the waiting time for pizza at the table, probably due to the fact that they do a lot of takeaway.

Gluten-free review As a celiac, I can only appreciate a restaurant like this. The owners are two delightful and extremely knowledgeable and competent people. Like any quality restaurant, they are attentive to the needs of their customers. In this period, where in addition to being celiac, I am also pregnant, dining out can be quite a challenge. I appreciated the menu offering, the fresh products, and the quality of the food.

A very nice place where as soon as you enter you feel at home. The owners, a husband and wife, are fantastic and incredibly kind, and they succeed in transmitting their passion for food to you. The food is truly excellent, especially gluten-free. Great prices and really high food quality. With the pizza menu for 15 euros, you can get a mixed fried appetizer (strictly homemade), a pizza, and a dessert. All desserts are gluten-free and mostly homemade. I recommend trying the pine nut and pistachio tart and the creme bonet; they are exceptional.

The food is very delicious and super fresh. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The environment is very clean. I felt at home! Next time, pizza. I have two people with celiac disease, and they really ate well; it didn't seem like gluten-free food, plus the pasta is fresh and homemade. Congratulations really!

There are too few 5 stars for this restaurant, they would deserve 50.. a true example of inclusive cuisine, the entire menu available gluten-free and some dishes also lactose-free. As a celiac used to hearing that I can't eat like others, in this restaurant I finally felt "normal". I had fresh pasta, fried foods, gluten-free focaccia, everything was exquisite, a fantastic pastiera, never found gluten-free in many years. The owners are very kind and the prices are more than reasonable; if you pass through Rome, you can't miss stopping at this place!

We found ourselves in this restaurant for gluten-free options. We found a very wide and varied menu suitable for everyone as they offer gluten-free and lactose-free dishes. The mimosa cake and tiramisu were spectacular! We'll be back soon.

Well done! I just ordered a pizza with Deliveroo. Gluten and lactose-free. Apart from the wide selection, which I don't take for granted, the pizza is really good and delivered still warm. It's rare to find restaurants and places that don't lower the quality with delivery. I'll gladly reorder, bye!

On my birthday, we celebrated at home and I was very surprised by an excellent seafood menu ordered by my husband from the Al Country restaurant. Due to Covid, we were able to order takeaway food and we must say that we were surprised by the quality of the food. Fantastic and tasty fried dishes, exquisite appetizers, and really good main courses. Excellent value for money. Note that we always order gluten-free foods due to allergy issues, and eating so well without gluten is anything but taken for granted. When Covid ends, tasting on-site can only improve the final result. Well done indeed.

Everything gluten-free, friendly and courteous service. I will definitely return for both the gluten-free pizza and the frying, which is dry and made with fresh fish. The homemade products are commendable, all strictly handmade, from the mozzarella balls to the croquettes and supplì; perhaps I would have cooked the mozzarella balls for 30 seconds longer if we really want to nitpick. Great beers, even gluten-free. Peroni Gran Riserva is top-notch.
