My favorite! Definitely great desserts and I would dare to say "Instagrammable" ;). Friendly staff.

The best pizza in Turin! Excellent dough and quality ingredients. The gluten-free pizza is also really excellent: my boyfriend was thrilled with it. The gluten-free desserts are also great, really delicious. We will definitely come back!

We had dinner as a group of five. The menu offers a very varied selection of pizzas. The pizza was very good, including the gluten-free one. Lactose-free mozzarella is also available. If a person doesn't finish their pizza, they can take it home, but there is a charge of €1.00 for the packaging. The place was strangely empty (Wednesday evening).

First time here after the management change. Upon arrival, there were few customers inside the place, and eventually my partner and I were left alone. He ordered a farinata as an appetizer, I ordered a small pan of trevisana with pecorino. Apart from the fact that I expected it to be served in a cocotte or something similar, the vegetable was so salty that I couldn't eat it. I asked for bread (which should normally be served at the table first), and it was brought out late, when it was no longer needed (it was gluten-free pizza dough strips that were a bit undercooked). The wait between courses was truly long, considering the restaurant was empty. The pizzas had ample toppings and were well-cooked, and we enjoyed them even though I couldn't finish mine. I ordered a tiramisù for dessert, which was also quite nice. The waiter who served us seemed a bit distracted, while the lady was kind and friendly (and the pizza maker was very polite too). Overall, I would obviously return because the food is good, but the service needs improvement.

Paying 15 euros for a gluten-free pizza (margherita with buffalo mozzarella) seems absurd to me. Normal pizza needs improvement. Beer at 7 euros is out of any logic. On cold evenings, the continuous opening of the entrance does not make for a pleasant evening. There are better options available.

Pizzeria located a short distance from Piazza Statuto, informal venue with an outdoor area, suitable for people with disabilities. They make pizza for celiac patients; the dough and ingredients are good. The service is a bit improvised, definitely needs improvement. Prices are average.

Unfortunately, the management has just changed (June 2025). I don’t know if the gluten-free option will still be guaranteed, and I sadly feel I must remove the place from my list. Heartfelt thanks to the previous owners, and I hope that over time the new management finds its place and balance.

The food was really good, we devoured the pizza and there were four of us, we also ordered some desserts, all very good. It's a shame about the very spartan environment, not well-kept; the service was not very friendly but I must say it was prompt. The price is right for being a gluten-free pizzeria.

Great and light pizza with a choice of mozzarella, including lactose-free options or gluten-free dough. The desserts are excellent, although the price might be a bit high, but quality comes at a cost! I recommend it for an informal dinner or lunch with friends.

This place is beautiful and very well-kept. The pizzas are delicious, with various types of flour all using sourdough. They offer pizzas for gluten intolerant individuals and also some without lactose; they even have desserts for those with intolerances. I must commend this because I have been looking for a pizzeria accommodating lactose intolerance for a long time, and that's why I will become a regular customer. Additionally, they have a location at Via San Donato 29 DOLCELIA where they make desserts by order and have a bar corner serving desserts for those with intolerances. Soon, I will also write a review of the DOLCELIA venue.

Dolcelia, a name that guarantees quality, kindness, and serenity. A very beautiful place, well-kept and especially clean, managed exemplarily. The products are of the highest quality; it is evident that there is a search for top-quality ingredients and love for the work. I have been there several times and will definitely return with others; I invite other local guides to go and verify for themselves. 5 well-deserved stars. Great job, keep it up.

fantastic sweets for everyone, not just for celiacs and intolerant people! attentive and helpful staff

I am 30 years old, gluten intolerant for 2 years, and I had a full 28 years to eat everything, so I am well aware of the differences between gluten-free products and non-gluten-free products. At Dolcelia, after a long time, I finally had the pleasure of eating a spectacular brioche; it was as soft as a cloud and also lactose-free (for those like me who are sensitive to both gluten and lactose). It was among the best brioche I have ever eaten, and my friends (who are neither intolerant nor celiac) enjoyed it as well. I highly recommend it.

Very good gluten-free desserts, very nice and friendly the girl who served us.

Everything is spectacular. The best gluten-free croissants in Turin, even those without lactose are fantastic. I go there very often and I've always had a great experience.

Great gluten-free pastry shop! I bought some sweets and even I, who am not celiac, found them excellent: I didn’t notice any difference with gluten desserts. Of course, the prices are higher than those of ordinary pastry shops. The staff is very friendly!

For the first time we went to Dolcelia since my wife is celiac, the place is welcoming, the staff is kind and courteous, we only took sweets to go, and I can assure you that the zeppola deserves a 10 with honors, it’s really delicious. The cream and pine nut cake is also worth it. Of course, we will return to try the pizza!

Breakfast with products designed for those who are intolerant to gluten and/or dairy.

I ordered a gluten-free and lactose-free fruit cake the day before. I was completely satisfied; the cake was delicious, fresh, and at a really honest price. Highly recommend.

Everything was exquisite, gluten-free, very kind staff and owners, cozy and relaxing place. I am really very happy to live a stone's throw away!
