No risk of contamination since they sell and prepare exclusively gluten-free. Celiac since birth, I was able to eat certain cakes and pastries for the first time in my life, and everything is really delicious. Even the savory items are great!!

Another place I always enjoy going to, even though it is very far from home. Everything is extremely good, and every time I think back to the flavors of when I used to eat gluten. Perfect, and staff are available, although I have experienced being "overlooked" several times, perhaps also because it is always very crowded.

It is a café/pastry shop with a laboratory specialized in gluten-free products and certified by AIC! Here you can find cookies, brioche, pastries, single portions, and cakes, as well as focaccia, pizzas, and savory pies!! Their croissants are a real blast: very soft and tasty, although they are a bit heavy and not very flaky. Additionally, they also sell their packaged cookies and various sweets, and since it's the Christmas season, they also have pandoro and panettone!! I took a piece of focaccia barese to go for lunch: it was very soft and flavorful and above all, it didn’t crumble!!
