Good morning, I had dinner at this place on 19/08/2025. The venue has a large outdoor area both covered and uncovered. The staff was attentive to requests and very quick with the dishes, even though the place was almost full of diners. I ordered gluten-free supplì and croquettes, and I must say they were top-notch; I burned myself because they were so good, fantastic breading, dry, crunchy, with lactose-free mozzarella – really good! I ordered a Pinsa with friarelli and sausage cooked in a wood-fired oven, with all the attention given. What can I say? The best I’ve ever eaten, crunchy and loaded with toppings, exaggerated (it spilled over the plate). I had a craft beer from Flea, the best I’ve ever had, excellent. The price, and we know that gluten-free comes at a cost, total 30 euros – very honest! 👍 I recommend it; it's top-notch for us celiacs, even though it’s not AIC (I’m very sensitive). A pizzeria where you can find the traditional flavors of Roman-style low pizza, tasty and well-seasoned. I haven't eaten a capricciosa like this in a long time. The dough is light and digestible. The fried foods are good, and the menu offers plenty of choices. There are gluten-free alternatives available!! The homemade desserts are very good. The staff is very kind and friendly. Recommended also for the excellent quality-price ratio!!

Delicious pizza, the appetizer consists of mozzarella, grilled vegetables, white bruschetta and bruschetta with cherry tomatoes, salame lonza, and prosciutto, very good suppli'. You can also eat crostini and calzones. Enchanting location, ample outdoor space. Fixed menu options for both adults and children. Drinks not included. All dishes are gluten-free and lactose-free, from the Fratti to the bruschetta to the pizza. A must-try!
