I bought a cake from them and unfortunately, I was disappointed. The cake was as hard as a wall, and the taste was nothing like what I had asked for. The owner plays with the prices as he pleases... They take advantage of the situation since there aren't many gluten-free choices... Never again from them! And for those in need, I recommend the cour chocolate pastry shop; they are very kind and honest.

It's a nice idea to have at least one gluten-free place in the center of Rimini (the only certified one, by the way, or one of the very few). Too bad it is always closed. It's not clear what hours it operates. People might be working; if you have the same hours as an office, how can someone find you open?

Brief stop found thanks to the Aic app. Well-stocked laboratory, with lots of sweets but also savory items like mini pizzas and crescioni. Bomboloni, cannoli, cakes... a paradise!! Common prices like all fresh gluten-free products. In addition, there is also the possibility to shop because part of the building is dedicated to a store where you can find all the products of the best gluten-free brands. Friendly and very nice staff, I recommend everyone to go!

We went on a Monday morning to visit the store; the building is easy to find but the shop entrance is anonymous, I think it could use some improvement. Inside, the shop is well-stocked with gluten-free products available through ASL vouchers, and it has a nice variety of refrigerated products. The fresh produce section was less stocked (maybe due to the day or the early hour), with two bins filled (I tried the potatoes and sausage and it was delicious), a few cream puffs (which I bought and found tasty), and various pastries. We also bought some cannoli and a slice of pizza, all very good... but I expected a bit more product availability. They advertise fresh bomboloni on Fridays outside the door. The guy serving seemed a bit unenthusiastic; he didn’t really encourage me to buy. Perhaps, as others have suggested, it's better to call and reserve what you want to purchase.

Since I discovered this oven, it has been a joy. My need to eat gluten-free is less stressful. Fantastic products, everything from sweet to savory is great. There's also a wide choice of packaged products. I recommend it.

It is not a pastry shop but a laboratory/public sale of gluten-free products. They have a lot of variety and especially a nice counter with fresh products made by them. They accept ASL vouchers. I tried a cream-filled doughnut and an apple pastry, both very good!

Products for celiacs. Discreet quality. They seem to prefer to operate as wholesalers. Not very interesting for retail service. Despite being producers, the prices are the same as in the pharmacy and the assortment is very limited compared to the pharmacy. So it's like they are telling you to go to the pharmacy for your shopping.

High-quality gluten-free products. Soft bread on the inside and crispy on the outside. The pizzas and focaccia are also delicious. The stuffed flatbreads and piadine are top-notch. The pastry range is really well-stocked. The cookies in many varieties, tartlets, and chocolate rolls are fantastic. The puff pastry desserts are excellent, but the savory puff pastries are unmatched. Ideal for refreshments and appetizers. You all are great!!!
