A week of vacation, 2 adults and 4 children...children? practically hardly seen because they adored the entertainers we hope to find next year (Cristal, Ind, and Lisa were wonderful companions on vacation!!). Excellent food and for celiacs it is truly the best, great variety of dishes, generous portions, and very attentive and friendly staff. Room in an excellent position, convenient for us with children but also ideal for two families wanting to stay together (one bathroom but comfortable for our needs). Perfect location on the beach, sunbed between the sea, shower, and children's area, top here too :) What else to add? just that we hope next year to be able to stay for two weeks and not just one! Thanks again to all the staff and a special greeting to our beloved waiter, Oronzo!!

We just spent our sixth vacation at the Hotel Internazionale! We learned about the Hotel through word of mouth in the celiac community. What can I say... if we keep returning, it's because we love it!!!! Top-notch celiac service. Finally, a place where you don't always have to ask. The celiac feels "normal," just like everyone else. That's not something to take for granted. This year, the gluten-free breakfast buffet has also improved, which used to consist mostly of packaged products or little more. Last week, my daughter and I could enjoy fresh cakes every morning: tart, apple cake, muffins, plum cake, and more. The only problem with this place is that the food is so good that it becomes difficult to limit yourself in the menu choices!!! As for the rest: Well-done entertainment; the kids, even though they are a bit older, dedicated every evening to the baby dance and became very attached to the entertainers. Cleanliness of the environments is very well maintained. The staff is always very kind, from the reception to the kitchen and the cleaning ladies. I’m surely forgetting someone... please don’t hold it against me. In short, I will definitely return!😍 I almost forgot!!!! Fresh gluten-free bread every day at lunch, served still warm at the table.... a spectacle!!!! Have a nice vacation! Monica

Seafront hotel, clean indoor pool, well maintained with warm water, always sunlit, not deep, great for children and adults. Drinks always available included in the service. Fantastic breakfast buffet, spacious with a vast selection of both sweet and savory options; I particularly enjoyed the scrambled eggs and bacon. For celiacs, my son and husband had a fantastic vacation with homemade products at breakfast, and for lunch and dinner, they could choose the same menu as non-celiacs. We greatly appreciated the wide variety of everything overall. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Room cleanliness was excellent, particularly appreciated was the daily towel change! The location is very nice, lively in the evening but still quiet. I highly recommend it to families with small children but generally to anyone wanting to have a worry-free vacation and be pampered. Top for celiacs!

I must say that we are used to family hotels in Trentino both in summer and winter... the difference is notable! The mini club is almost non-existent; we often tried to leave our 2-year-old daughter and, promptly, after exactly two minutes, she was brought back to us... the children are indeed little involved by the entertainment staff! Unfortunately, we encountered a week when it rained almost constantly and it was also cold; if it rains, your holiday is over... in Trentino, if it rains, they organize everything: card tournaments, foosball, team games, Master Chef for the little ones; you never get bored... we were supposed to leave on Sunday, but we decided to depart on Friday morning... we still paid for the entire week and paid separately for the car parking, which I think should be an included service since the parking belongs to the facility! Acceptable food, but the fish was really a no! Room cleaning was excellent! Well equipped for lactose-free and gluten-free options! The weak point, but a very weak one, is precisely the mini club and entertainment! When we booked, being five of us, we thought we would have a room with two separate rooms inside, instead we found a single room, and in the bathroom, the bidet was in the shower due to lack of space!

We spent a week with 3 children, one of whom is only 3 months old. We lacked nothing; it truly offers all the services a family needs, from sterilizing bottles to everything needed for baby food and snacks, along with daily entertainment for both adults and kids (a special thanks to Cristian and Alessia). The staff is friendly and always available: from the dining room staff to the bar, not to mention the reception and cleaning ladies. Heated pool with a green area and inflatables, the sea is very convenient just a few steps away with few rows of umbrellas (which allows for a less chaotic environment compared to Rimini/Riccione). A plus is the all-inclusive drinks and table service at meals. Gluten-free cuisine is a 10! In short, the perfect vacation for a family! We have already booked for next year 😜

Fantastic staff, very nice and clean rooms, the cook was excellent at accommodating everyone... Gluten-free and lactose-free...... However, if you arrived a bit later, you risked finding the buffet sparse. A fundamental and painful note.... is the entertainment. Almost absent with little initiative. I have never seen animators having breakfast at 9:30. On the beach, you either remembered to take the child to the playpen, or they stayed there..... If they were a bit shy, it was over. In the evening, 20 minutes of baby dance with very old songs. In the pool? Bitterness as much as you can. So they didn't do what was written in the program. For adults, I randomly saw them doing an engaging game. No offense intended..... I just hope to offer constructive advice.

First experience in a family hotel. We were very happy. The kids had a lot of fun... they offer animation service both on the beach and by the pool. Play areas and the kids are very well supervised. They have a rich menu and additionally gluten-free options, with no difference in dishes. Abundant buffet breakfast from sweet to savory. Free self-serve drinks... excellent service, guaranteed fun thanks to animation that involves both adults and children. Plus, they provide an umbrella and 2 sunbeds at the nearby beach that is just a stone's throw from the hotel... just cross the street... highly recommended for those with kids... you won't regret it.

When you arrive at the Hotel Internazionale, you immediately feel at home; the welcome from all the staff is superb, and you really want to discover the rest that the hotel offers. We booked a soft triple room, and honestly, I didn't expect it to be so welcoming and well-organized. The only "flaw" is the bidet in the shower, but that's a negligible detail. It’s just right for a family of 4, with an empty but usable minibar, various wardrobes and shelves to accommodate all the clothing for 4. The room view is breathtaking! It wasn't directly overlooking the sea, but it provided a great view of the town (I'll attach all the photos). The hotel is great for those with intolerance issues; they are very attentive in this regard, and I must say that even the gluten-free food made by the chef is excellent! We had the pleasure of having the waiter Mario, who is very professional and super friendly, always attentive to our needs. The hotel also has a great entertainment team, an infinite thanks goes to Cristian, Martina, and Francesca for their endless patience with my children! Well done, guys! The heated pool with a jacuzzi is a real blessing for parents. Our first time at the hotel was a magnificent experience, thanks to the entire staff at Hotel Internazionale! We stayed at this hotel for two consecutive years with our daughters. The services for families are excellent as well as the cuisine. For us, it was essential to find a hotel that offered gluten-free options and here we found a response to our need with fresh, varied, and excellent meals for adults and children. Third year we are going there, family-run hotel with excellent value for money, clean and very relaxed environment, entertainment always of high quality especially for children, private garden with inflatables. Top organization for celiac disease and lactose intolerance that allows everyone to feel comfortable. Typical Romagna cuisine always excellent and varied, same menu prepared both with and without gluten, even at the buffet. The best for a vacation on the Riviera with children and/or food intolerances.

We just got back, and I must say that the improvements are remarkable. A round of applause for the extraordinary chef. Last year we ate well, but this year with the new chef, the dishes are good, new, with an extra touch. The outdoor area with the new park for families and kids is exceptional. They feel safe and have a lot of fun. Clean rooms and efficient, friendly, and always present staff, and lastly, the attention they have for celiac customers is fantastic. Highly recommended!

Very good gluten-free cooking. Too bad about the entertainment: a girl asks me if I want to play a game called schiaccia 5. I tell her no. Then I hear her telling some boys to come and get us to play (me and my sister) and they (kindly) say that if we don't want to play, they shouldn't insist. This entertainer is very unpleasant.

I've been here for two days but I'm super satisfied. Great hotel for families. My son, who is celiac, was well taken care of. Their cuisine is very good. Entertainment is okay. Friendly staff. Definitely worth returning.
