Perhaps the only ones in town who make gluten-free dough and it's very good. There is a wide selection of pizzas. Very good.

takeaway pizzeria with three tables for eating on the spot "if you ask for the bathroom, they'll take you through the kitchen" we move on to the food gluten-free pizza almost sufficient decent regular pizza. If I return to Sicily, I will change my route.

A pizzeria more for takeout that, under a simple and unadorned appearance, truly manages to surprise. Despite the humble location, the welcome was immediate: the girl at the counter was kind and patient. The owner was equally accommodating. The quality is the real strong point: light pizzas, well-cooked, completely digestible, and made with fresh ingredients. The variety of doughs is interesting, from multigrain to the regular sourdough, including gluten-free and lactose-free options, a non-trivial plus for those with specific dietary needs. We found an excellent quality-price ratio. The place is near the Valley of the Temples, convenient for parking, and accessible for people with disabilities. The only downside: the bathroom located in the kitchen, which is not very hygienic and not ideal for customers. Overall, it’s a place where you eat well and are welcomed warmly. We will return, and I recommend it without hesitation.

We went on Saturday night for pizza with friends and I must say the service was excellent despite the place being full (and trust me, it's a huge place). The pizzas arrived quickly. It was a great discovery for me, being celiac, as I hadn't eaten such good and light pizza in years. The staff was helpful and attentive, serving with a smile (which is not a given everywhere). They have a workshop where they make bread, sweets, and various pizzas, all gluten-free. I ordered something to take away for the next day. I'm happy to have discovered your place. We will definitely return.

The best gluten-free pizza I've ever had!! We can say this with absolute certainty, considering the many pizzerias that offer gluten-free pizzas and that we have tried over time. I also add that the pizzas with gluten are very good, but the one my wife (who is celiac) had and that I also tasted has a light and crispy dough, hard to find, and is genuinely very good. The gluten-free panelle are also worth trying. Congratulations to the owner Mr. Massimo and the pizzaiolo; we had a pleasant chat in their company. Unfortunately, we are from Turin; otherwise, we would have subscribed to his establishment, but we will definitely return.

It's like an oyster for gluten-free. Externally and aesthetically, it presents itself as a take-out pizzeria (and primarily that is what it is); the room for the few tables present is located in a closed veranda with windows. The gluten-free pizza did not disappoint; the dough is prepared by them and is very good. They also have fried foods (fries, croquettes, panelle) gluten-free, we had some excellent panelle made by them. The gluten pizza is also good. Great experience and friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent pizza with sourdough crust and quality ingredients. Praise also goes to the gluten-free pizza: soft and crunchy (as it should be).

A location not far from the Valley of the Temples, accessible for the disabled and with on-site parking. At first glance, it feels a lot like a slice pizzeria but it's a pizzeria that also offers some fried items, great for celiacs, for those intolerant to lactose, and for anyone wanting a light multigrain or regular dough using sourdough. We were seven and started with fries and croquettes, then ordered a gluten-free vegetarian pizza (which took a bit of time), a bufalina, two capricciosas, a calzone, and two four-cheese pizzas, all accompanied by water and beer. Excellent quality-to-price ratio, and it's commendable that they can make pizzas without lactose and gluten, which is hard to find. The only downside is the bathroom inside the kitchen, which isn't very hygienic since it should only be used by staff. Recommended, and especially light and super digestible!

If you look at substance and quality, you are in the right place. Pizza with and without gluten is really good at popular prices. Very kind and helpful staff. A must-try to believe.

Not in a central location, we went for a pizza due to positive reviews for the gluten-free option. I confirm, the dough is excellent and the ingredients are of good quality. The traditional pizza is also good, and the staff is very friendly.

During a touring trip through Sicily, we stumbled upon this pizzeria where they also make top-quality gluten-free pizzas. This was all complemented by exquisite kindness and courtesy from the staff. Completely satisfied.

The best pizza I have ever eaten in my life. A quiet and very pleasant place. Very kind and professional staff. I really recommend it to everyone. Moreover, they also make gluten-free pizza, which is still hard to find in 2021, and here not only is it available, but the dough is super fresh. I would have given it more than 5 stars😋😋😋

As always, top rating. The best pizza in Agrigento. Good, digestible, high-quality ingredients, and there is also pizza for celiacs. All the staff are experienced, qualified, and kind, but the owner Massimo is super! Highly recommended, you won't regret it!
