ottima pizzeria, impasto lievitato 72h al naturale. tutte le pizze vengono cotte nello stesso forno con farina da spolvero solo ed esclusivamente di riso: questo rende il rischio contaminazione nullo pur se operatore dipendente (come da ultime ricerche associazione italiana celiachia). occorre prenotare con largo anticipo, il servizio è buono e veloce.
