Gave 5 stars because I couldn't give more...... excellent gluten-free food prepared and served by friendly people who make you feel at home. I had a great sandwich and a delicious little dessert, not to mention the cannoli shells I bought for home and of course, what can I say.... a show.... in short, if you're looking for gluten-free in Canicattì..... you absolutely must go to Glutino.

The flavor of Sicily without gluten. I must say that I am not celiac, so my judgments take into account a comparison with the flavors of "normal" foods. Arancini, pizzas, baked pasta, lasagna, crepes, cannoli, cassata, almond desserts, iris, cookies of various kinds, and ice creams, all also without cheese or sugar. Everything is truly exquisite and does not fear comparison with gluten-containing food; the taste is identical, if not even better. What else to say? Enjoy your meal!
