Il personale è gentile, ti serve sempre col sorriso. I gusti variano a seconda della stagionalità ma, ad esempio in questo periodo, consiglio in modo particolare i gusti di frutta. Ci sono anche dei must come la Nocciutella. Chi è celiaco si può sentire al sicuro in quanto la loro produzione è senza glutine (se si vuole essere sicurissimi chiedere conferma) e usano interamente coni Gluten free di ottima qualità onde evitare contaminazioni. Hanno anche opzioni senza lattosio. Anche la località è eccellente, in centro a Pescia con vari posti a sedere, rinfrescata anche dal fiume accanto, ottimo per passeggiare anche nei dintorni.
