Gluten-free dough is made "in-house" and is the best in the area. However, contamination is unfortunately possible, so in the case of severe celiac disease, it is better to avoid it.

Great gluten-free pizza and burgers, nice place with tables in the square of Colico and a lake view. Only downside: the pizza has a surcharge of €5 for the gluten-free version.

It is not part of the AIC circuit and does not have a double kitchen; the pizza is baked covered with aluminum foil in the wood-fired oven used for gluten pizzas. Inconceivable, usually the supplement (where do they put it) is €2, but €5 is really too much. Discriminatory. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Oh, the pizza is frozen!

I just stopped by for a quick pizza... as soon as my friends and I entered the upstairs room, we thought we would spend quite a bit... given the elegance of the place... however, despite ordering pizzas with special flours... (my friend is even celiac)... the price was reasonable... and the pizza was really good!!
