Io ho preso la pizza senza glutine. Dal momento che viene utilizzata una base pronta si può scegliere qualsiasi tipo di farcitura. Ottima alternativa se si esce in compagnia e ci sono persone con intolleranze alimentari. Il cameriere è stato molto corretto e professionale: mi ha detto subito che stanno attenti in cottura ma potrebbe esserci rischio di contaminazione dato che il forno è lo stesso per le pizze glutinose.
