Pizza cooked in the same oven as gluten-containing foods, therefore not suitable for celiacs. Unfortunately, the choice of dishes was minimal; to avoid the usual Caprese salad, I ordered the roasted octopus and received 2 tentacles on an empty plate, not even half a vegetable. I asked for bread and they didn’t have any. Honestly, it's to be avoided; there are places that offer better treatment on the island.

Antipasti, first courses, and pizzas available gluten-free! Friendly staff and quick service for both orders and delivery of dishes, highly recommended!

I had dinner at this very beautiful restaurant by the sea. They confirmed to me that they were able to prepare dishes for celiacs, including appetizers and first courses. I was explained that the pizza was not suitable for celiacs as it was cooked in the same oven as traditional pizzas. The staff was extremely kind and attentive. Although a bit expensive, it was justified given that the restaurant was by the sea.

Good overall, but unfortunately the gluten-free options for lunch were practically non-existent. A caprese with mozzarella that was really lacking. Good tuna and eggplant caponata. Generous sandwich. Friendly staff. Decent quality-price ratio.

We went to the Nautilus restaurant for two evenings. Very good food and a picturesque location, in front of the Florio tuna fishery. We particularly appreciated the possibility of eating gluten-free (the pizza was excellent), in an island that, despite being a top tourist destination, leaves much to be desired in this regard. So thank you, Nautilus, for making our dinners a lovely moment to share as a family and not a source of stress.
