"Maximum satisfaction" is the expression that perfectly describes the state of mind experienced from the moment of ordering the cake to tasting it. Although I've passed by numerous times and despite its meticulous details visible from the outside, the "Pasticceria Pinetana" suffers from the lack of table service, which certainly attracts and more easily captures the attention of passersby. This is, in fact, a laboratory that manages to create masterpieces of every kind and type, even lactose-free and gluten-free. I myself ordered a lactose-free cake that was not only beautiful but also delicious: delicate yet flavorful, pleasing to the eye. Without the availability and expertise of Mrs. Giovanna, the surprise party I organized would not have been successful. I am extremely satisfied with having trusted this extraordinary pastry shop. Until the next delight!

Today I bought 5 gluten-free mixed pastries... they are great! A small wait (about 10 minutes) and the price (in my opinion) is very fair! Congratulations!

Small perfect laboratory also for celiacs (AIC certified). It's better to book gluten-free items. The lady is available and kind.
