Today, a group of friends and I went to this restaurant that offered a gluten-free option, and I must say it was a great experience, especially thanks to the waitstaff's service. The dishes were delicious, especially the canederli with polenta and beef. I thank the staff once again for their professionalism, patience, and understanding regarding our need to hurry since we had a train to catch. Thank you very much, and we apologize again!

Historical restaurant located in the center of Trento. Very outdated and worn furniture. Very fast and kind waiters. Typical dishes of Trentino cuisine well executed, using excellent quality raw materials. The menu also includes some gluten-free dishes. Prices are rather high.

Our hotelier recommended this place to us. Very friendly staff. Pizza is very good. The gluten-free pizza dough is average, excellent toppings. Very good gluten-free beer. The gluten-free dessert was good and spectacular: a chocolate sphere. At the end of the meal, they gave us a bottle of bitter as a gift.

Pleasant discovery just 2 steps from the station, we went there twice in 3 days and always ate well. Refined cuisine with interesting combinations, the pizzas are also excellent. GREAT regarding attention to intolerances, they proposed modifications to their dishes for my partner who is lactose intolerant, allowing her to enjoy lunch without being mundane. Prepared and friendly staff.
