A store full of gluten-free products and accessible with the regional card. My boyfriend and I have been coming here about every two weeks for months, but today was the last time we set foot in this shop, and now I will explain why: a saleswoman, caring and friendly, approached us to ask if we needed help, offering her assistance; while she was looking for the price of a particular product, another employee of the store belittled her at least three times (in front of customers) and, as if that weren't enough, addressed her disrespectfully and in a bullying tone, making us uncomfortable as well. After this episode, he continued to belittle her every time she tried to be helpful, always under the eyes of us customers, who were now incredulous and embarrassed. I find these kinds of situations unacceptable, especially in front of customers. There is no better way to drive customers away from a store.

About six months ago I posted a very negative review (Valentina). Now the store has changed location, but more importantly, the management of the point of sale has changed, and I must say that I was positively impressed. The staff is very kind and attentive to the needs of the customers. There was a small issue at the cash register, but the cashier promptly intervened, apologizing for the wait and offering me a product as a gesture for the inconvenience. At the fresh food counter, there was a fixed person who coordinated perfectly with the staff at the register. I will gladly return. Well done.

Unfortunately, all their fresh products and most of the frozen ones are made with deglutenized wheat flour, which causes the same problems as gluten for many celiac sufferers.
