Chef Cannavacciuolo's cuisine evokes two types of love: one is directed towards the past, to the places that gave rise to his story; the other looks with gratitude at the land that welcomed him, the setting for the first realized dreams. Thus, Campania and Piedmont travel hand in hand, bringing to light the excellence of raw materials and fine wines, along with the creativity of unforgettable combinations. The entire menu is prepared in a gluten-free version, with only minor adjustments compared to the basic proposal.
