Here I ate a real Parisian baguette with beef fillet, which you can choose to have well done or rare. The gluten-free baguette, which was delicious, costs €1 extra and they are well informed about contamination. In fact, they didn't let me add sauce to the sandwich and assured me that they only fry chips in the deep fryer.
