Perfect venue for the SG. From sweet to savory, with excellent quality. The prices are a bit high, but there are no valid alternatives in the area, so it remains at the top of my GF venues ranking in the area.

Wide selection of gluten-free products, the only downside is that the prices are a bit high.

Gluten-free pastry shop Spectacular!!!

If you are looking for a pastry shop in Novara that produces everything exclusively gluten-free, this one is for you. The prices are in line with a normal pastry shop; in addition to cakes and mini pastries, they have a corner with savory products (pizza, focaccias, and savory pies). They also offer a bar service, but no table service. I would say it’s an excellent establishment and essential for those who are gluten intolerant or celiac.

Everything was delicious, both the sweet and the savory! For years now, we have been ordering their cream tart for birthdays, which is fantastic!

Wide selection of products! Really good pizza and focaccia!

Good oven with an excellent savory option; the dessert could be improved! However, let's remember that such places are unfortunately still rare, so let's hold on to them tightly!

the miniature pastries and cakes are good, definitely high prices, but they practically have a monopoly in Novara so they can afford it. I appreciated the pizza and focaccia less, but the arancini alla norma and the fried hot dog... a delight!!

A small place that deals with both sweet and savory, gluten-free and lactose-free. Around 9:30 in the morning, they had croissants and pastries displayed, but no bread/focaccia/pizzas. The croissants are not bad, maybe a bit thick, "small," and I doubt they were cooked 100% (perhaps the excessive thickness leads to this conclusion). I took a tray of about 20 thick cookies, which made them a bit dry, but still good. The only flaw regarding the cookies was that I got some cylinders of pistachio/chocolate cream almost entirely made of cookie dough (was it cleverness? Anyway, it was quite disappointing since the cream was delicious), and the pastry cream was a bit too sweet for my taste. The staff was friendly, though a bit grumpy at first. The price is a bit above average, but considering it is a gluten-free and lactose-free bakery/patisserie, it can be overlooked... all in all, not bad, I would return out of curiosity and ultimately, enjoyment.
