We happened upon this place by chance and boom! An open bakery, amazing croissant brioche and bread. Besides this, all GF packaged products, but above all a lot of kindness and friendliness! When are you coming to Bolzano to open a bakery? Best regards!

Perhaps the only drawback is that prices are not always displayed, but I can understand, there are really many products in a small space. Since we no longer live in the area, while wandering through various gluten-free shops, we always find ourselves confirming that there are no shops like Anna's! The selection is huge, there are a lot of products that can't be found elsewhere and that are surely the result of meticulous research by the owner. The fresh pastries are always available, as well as bread and savory plans. Anna's availability and kindness are beyond discussion. As long as we can, we will keep going 100 km to enjoy those satisfactions that, unfortunately, a celiac has to seek out...

I discovered a few months ago that my child has celiac disease, and without Anna and her store, I wouldn’t have known where to turn. She made the transition into this new world much easier for us. It is the most stocked store there is! As soon as you enter, there's an embarrassment of choice...always so many new things, delicious things to eat 🤤 You can shop in peace because everything is gluten-free. Anna, the owner, is super nice, smiling, and very patient. She is always very attentive to advise those with other intolerances (soy, milk, eggs, etc.) I definitely recommend it!

A well-stocked little shop that obviously accepts gluten-free vouchers, it really has everything, including hard-to-find products and fresh items. I travel 40 km to go there because I was losing the desire to follow the diet with supermarket products... Here, however, I found exquisite things. The owner knows everything she has for sale and can give you advice; she is sensitive to the issue and well-prepared, as well as smiling (which is now a rare thing). PS: try the plum cakes with pears and chocolate chips... they don't even taste gluten-free!

They made me a delicious pizza. By the way, the shop had a GREAT selection of gluten-free foods. Not even a tenth of these products are available at home in Stockholm, so I'm happy to have plenty to choose from during my vacation.
