I have been to Pasticceria Marcon several times, including today, and the gluten-free products are of excellent quality. I tried the cremino and various pastries: those with coconut, chocolate, and cream were all delicious. The gluten-free croissants, however, did not convince me. The price is very reasonable: €1.40 each. Unfortunately, the service is a downside: they take a long time to serve, and since there are few tables and the place is always full, it often makes sense to drink a cappuccino standing up.

In this pastry shop, they sell products both with gluten and without. The gluten-containing pastries have significantly decreased in size compared to previous years, and the quality is increasingly poor (the vanilla, for example, is nonexistent). As for the gluten-free products, let's not even go there: I brought my colleagues a tray of pastries, including chocolate eclairs and those were FROZEN, definitely an old product. The cream is always very scarce (especially in the cannoli) and the consistency is often pudding-like. I ate a fantastic gluten-free cake today, with sponge cake, hazelnut cream, profiteroles with Chantilly cream, whipped cream, and chopped hazelnuts. A TRUE DELIGHT!!! 😋😋😋

Very available and prepared staff. Excellent offer for celiacs, with a dedicated laboratory and separate counter. Very kind people, but especially products for celiacs that are truly comparable to normal ones. Sweet and savory pastries and bread get a 10 out of 10.

Pastry shop in the center of Nove, very elegant and good with a wide selection of sweets (gluten-free, chocolates, panettones, pastries, cookies, etc.), although I find the brioches a bit lacking in fluffiness and too buttery (there are no vegan brioches). The environment is very well-kept and rich in details, with very comfortable seating. The staff is numerous, but a bit slow regarding table service, while fast at the counter. Parking is inconvenient and for only a few cars (alternatively, you can park in the square and walk a bit). Prices are honest.
