Terrible experience I'm sorry to write negative things about a venue, but I want to share my experience from this evening. Upon arriving and sitting down, we took a quick look at the menu and asked what was available for celiacs. The classic menu only had pizzas, while the restaurant's menu was just a loose sheet. They immediately told us that all pizzas could be gluten-free, but for the restaurant's offerings, there was meat and mixed fried food available. Aside from the fact that the printed menu had the AIC logo and was certified on various apps, we expected more options and choices for celiacs, specifically regarding the restaurant. Then, looking at the small sheet from the restaurant where the mixed fried food was presented, it stated that it could contain allergens such as gluten, etc. So at that moment, we didn’t feel comfortable ordering the mixed fried dish, so I opted for a pizza and my girlfriend chose the sliced steak, clearly specifying that we wanted both dishes to be gluten-free, just to be safe. Soon after, they brought bread to the table, of course containing gluten, and when we asked if there was anything gluten-free, they then brought us some gluten-free grissini. Once the pizza arrived, we noticed that it was made from the usual frozen bases, and when the sliced steak arrived, we asked if it was gluten-free and were met with laughter.

Very good food with a gluten-free menu and pizzas, too bad it is no longer part of the AIC circuit... but recommended

I went there during my vacation, and it was absolutely delicious! I had a white pizza, so no tomato sauce, with pumpkin cream, roasted potatoes, and bacon. The menu is very extensive, and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. A safe place, and the pizza is AIC certified. Highly recommended... I will definitely go back! 😋

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. Even though I requested gluten-free products at the time of booking, when I arrived to order, there was only pizza available since the kitchen was closed and there was a wait of over an hour if I wanted a first course (2 available in the menu). The pizza was not bad... average. In my opinion, the price was a bit too high for what we ate.

My husband and I have been clients for years. We recently went to Passeggiata without knowing about the management change and that they are no longer registered with AIC. I only just read the reviews because we trusted it would be the same as usual, but I was wrong. I can only agree with the recent negative reviews. The management has nothing to do with the previous one, long wait times, the pizza arrives after a long while, and the gluten-free dough has changed significantly (for the worse). It also takes a long time for a coffee. I'm sorry, but we won't be going back because, being celiac, I can't risk eating a pizza that they say is 'gluten-free' and then possibly be contaminated or made without the necessary precautions, especially since they are no longer certified and don't even mention it. It's a shame they changed the management; the previous one was definitely better.

First, it was our favorite pizzeria, with good pizzas both gluten-free and regular at reasonable prices, always on time and never wrong once. The new management is incompetent. Endless waiting times, deteriorated ingredient quality, and prices skyrocketed. For delivery, they charge a fee PER PIZZA, whereas the old management charged €2 per trip or even made it free. Deliveries, apart from being expensive, are always late, sometimes with just one delivery person on Saturday night, I repeat: Saturday night, one delivery person. Given the numbers they do, this is a mistake that only occurs in the first week of opening, not after months. Strangely, the ATM is never available to pay for these cursed deliveries. More than once, they even brought us someone else's order (after arriving an hour late), of course, without being willing to swap it once notified. Even for pickup, you have to wait at least 20 minutes from the agreed time, even arriving to pay in advance. Moreover, they get the order wrong once yes and once no. Terrible.

Nice and welcoming place. Professional staff. Good pizza. Great that there is a gluten-free menu for both kitchen and pizza. Celiacs thank you ❣️ I recommend!

Not a very large pizzeria, but the pizzas and the entire menu can be ordered gluten-free, even the desserts are homemade and some are gluten-free. Very good pizza with excellent ingredients. Fast and super helpful staff. Great, I recommend it to everyone because it's really a nice place.

Hi, I came yesterday evening with some of my work friends. I ordered a gluten-free Geppetto, and it was delicious. Service was quite fast, waiters were polite, available, and kind, even though there were many customers last night. Nice spacious environment, and the food was pretty good. If you want to order a pizza, I highly recommend the Geppetto. I will come back another time.

Unfortunately, being celiac (in the menu, gluten-free products are displayed), I called the place to reserve asking specifically for gluten-free products. However, at the time of ordering, only pizza was available; for the gluten-free kitchen, I had to wait over an hour. The pizza was not bad, average... prices higher for such a place.

Welcoming place with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Really excellent gluten-free pizza. Highly recommended for those with celiac disease but also for those without intolerances. Well done!!

Great pizzeria, with options for different types of pizza dough (whole wheat, gluten-free, etc.). Quality ingredients and perfect cooking. The salads are good too and it's very original to let you choose the ingredients: the base of the salad is already prepared, but you can add anything from cheeses to fish, mushrooms, shredded chicken, dried fruits!!! Really an original and intelligent idea!!! Courteous and friendly staff. Prices are fully appropriate to the quality of the dishes!

Recently opened gluten-free kitchen but absolutely delicious! Right from the start, it met expectations... Dishes are well-prepared and beautifully presented. Excellent service and atmosphere as well.

Great place for those with a celiac in the family, good gluten-free pizza, nice venue, and the girls are skilled. When the place is full, the service becomes a bit slow and gets a bit chaotic... One suggestion is to improve attention to lactose intolerance, which is often associated with celiac disease, so providing the option to order dishes with lactose-free or plant-based dairy would be advisable.
