The paradise for celiacs. I visited for the first time on the occasion of my graduation and I had a great time. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was completely gluten-free. The hot red rice focaccias and fried polenta were highly appreciated. Absolutely recommended.

A risotteria located in the center of Isola della Scala, with additional locations in Italy and even in NY. We tasted the traditional 'riso all’isolana' and a blueberry and gorgonzola risotto: both sublime, served in very generous portions, but the first one is a must-try if visiting the city for the first time. Prices are average and the atmosphere is extremely pleasant. You can sense the quality of the ingredients and the direct production; everything on the menu is made with their rice and everything is gluten-free. Impeccable service, courteous, professional, and helpful staff.

The welcome at the entrance is a delightful scent of "good cooking" and it's immediately clear that disappointments will be hard to come by. The service is courteous, precise, pleasant, prompt, and prepared: certainly a strong point of this establishment. The appetizing and light preparations, the excellent dishes for those who don't want to leave hungry, without sacrificing anything in terms of quality (note: the taste of the table, too much cinnamon in the risotto). It's a great idea even for those with intolerances. You even spend little, congratulations.

We have been to this place several times in the center of Isola della Scala. The Isolan origins of our family make us appreciate the risotto proposals of this restaurant, now expanded in the number of tables. A place with a wooden ceiling, an original column in the center of the room, and a rustic stone floor. The risottos are excellent, abundant, and especially with fair prices. Good wine selection. The staff is very kind, with a particular eye on the customer. A basket with rice-based bread, as many products including desserts and appetizers are made with rice. Gluten-free food. If you can’t finish all the rice, feel free to ask to take it home in a convenient package. Even reheated, it is very good. Recommended place.
