The Quadrifoglio, located just outside Bomarzo, offers an excellent dining experience with gluten-free specialties, including appetizers and pizzas. The staff is welcoming and very kind. Reservations are recommended on weekends.

The place could have a better setup, but the tagliatelle with four-leaf clover (beef, pork, and wild boar ragù) are spectacular. The pizzas are also excellent. Gluten-free menu available.

House antipasto, quadrifoglio pizza (speck, arugula, and buffalo mozzarella), hazelnut truffle. Everything was delicious. On Saturday night, the place was packed. I recommend making a reservation. Gluten-free pizza is also available for celiacs. There's also a bar (and good coffee).

Convenient location just outside Bomarzo. Great gluten-free pizza even at 11:00 PM. Friendly and welcoming staff, convenient parking. Payment by credit card is perfectly fine, and you can easily eat inside and outside. The bathrooms could be cleaner. Four stars because there is always room for improvement.
