We had a snack here and were able to choose from a display of gluten-free sweets. We ordered a truly delicious strudel!

one of the best restaurants I've tried. everything was perfect from the appetizer to the little cookie with the coffee after dessert. typical dishes indistinguishable from those with gluten, fantastic. well-kept and welcoming location.

Very beautiful and unique structure in the center of Sand in Taufers. The rooms are comfortable, harmonious in style, spotlessly clean, and smell of wood. Wide panoramic swimming pool, Spa, 3 saunas including one with a wonderful view of the castle, Turkish bath, and outdoor hot tub. The cuisine is masterful; the owner Ruth deserves at least one Michelin star; gluten-free options are guaranteed! The staff is formally courteous, Emma (the daughter) and Kathi stand out for their kindness, friendliness, and helpfulness. Minor inconsistencies: excessive cost of water at meals (it's not bottled but tap water, as declared) and snacks (included in half-board) are chargeable.

I am now a very loyal customer of Drumlerhof. I always talk about it as one of the places where I have eaten the most delicious dishes ever! 🫶🏻 Here, a person with celiac disease feels pampered and has the opportunity to taste delicacies in a wonderful atmosphere and in a location meticulously cared for in every detail. As far as I'm concerned, five stars will never be enough. I recommend it to everyone! ⭐️💖

We stayed with half board and it was a dream. All the dishes offered were gluten-free or not. Rich and varied bread baskets, perfect pasta, dream desserts. The breakfast, too, is a dream!

We only went to the restaurant, not to the hotel. The entire menu is available gluten-free! Canederli, pappardelle, and even the typical South Tyrolean ravioli. Everything was delicious, prices are average for the local area. Recommended!

Beautiful experience! The owners are very kind, we enjoyed some excellent dishes, including gluten-free options. I would say it is truly a haven for celiacs!!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Campo Tures and the Ahrntal Valley, well connected by public transport, with private parking. Excellent cuisine (especially gluten-free!). The pool and relaxation area are stunning. We had a great time. Compliments to the whole family and to the staff.

Last July (20-27), my family and I spent a vacation in Campo Tures (Val Aurina) at the wonderful hotel Drumlerhof. The owners Ruth and Stefan, along with their daughters Emma and Franzi, welcomed us with extreme kindness and courtesy, positively turning around our vacation, which, alas, had started elsewhere in the worst possible way. From the very first moment, we felt at home, and the atmosphere that surrounded us in every corner of the hotel brought us an unparalleled serenity. The room assigned to us was very welcoming, clean, spacious, and comfortable, and I, with my wife Stefania, our two daughters Giulia and Sofia, and our little dog Lilly, stayed very comfortably. These feelings accompanied us throughout the vacation, thanks also to the hotel staff, shaped by Ruth and Stefan, who served and pampered us with great professionalism and friendliness, never intrusive and always cordial. Both Sofia and I are celiac, while Giulia is lactose intolerant, but at the hotel Drumlerhof, none of us had to give up anything: from breakfast to dinner, including snacks, everything was gluten-free, and there was always a lactose-free option. A true paradise, a dream, especially for celiacs like us who usually struggle to find something edible and of quality. Here at Drumlerhof, “gluten-free” is not an option or an exception but the rule, and even those, like my wife, who do not suffer from intolerances, are not neglected and can appreciate daily the variety and quality of the exceptional culinary offerings. Mrs. Ruth, also celiac, actively coordinates the kitchen to ensure everything is perfect for us celiacs, and I must say the results are superb. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts with various sweet and savory offerings to better tackle mountain walks, tasty snacks with strudel and homemade cakes to recover from our exertions, and dinners with truly special and exquisite Tyrolean dishes, from canederli to homemade pasta with various sauces, game, cheeses, and vegetables from their farm, always ending with a little dessert. After our walks and snacks, the SPA on the hotel rooftop awaited us for a well-deserved rest: my favorite was the panoramic pool. In short, as a family, we all agreed to define our vacation spent at Drumlerhof as exceptional, both for the reasons described above and for other small surprises and attentions that positively amazed us. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Drumlerhof team! In Val Aurina, we still have much to discover, and we definitely want to do so by returning to Drumlerhof! See you soon!

The structure is very beautiful and welcoming, the Tyrolean style can be felt in every corner. The Innerhofer Fauster family is always kind, friendly, and hospitable. The SPA area is beautiful with two saunas, a Turkish bath, a relaxation room, a panoramic pool, and an outdoor hot tub. The breakfast is plentiful and the evening menu is always a surprise. There is a high level of attention to intolerances and food allergies, especially for celiac individuals, ensuring they lack nothing. The services offered are also excellent; during this period, walks are organized in the pine forests and trails of the Aurina Valley.

Beautiful hotel, with many services included, very kind staff and management. Excellent attention to celiac customers, but above all good food for every taste. Beautiful organized excursions, although a bit rushed if you have small children.

I had a great time; I finally managed to take a vacation without worrying about where to eat since I'm celiac. But above all, the food was excellent and of high quality, with amazing breakfasts. If it weren't for an issue that occurred on the last day, I would have given 5 stars; I'm grateful to the owner who tried to make amends.

Unattractive and poorly organized hotel, staff falsely polite (with perhaps a couple of exceptions). The owner is so cold, distant, and rude that it borders on bad manners. Poor value for money. With a cost like this, everything is expected to be excellent. Instead, the room is nice but not very clean, with no full-length mirror, a bathroom mirror impossible to use for makeup, a non-functioning minibar, no trash bin, and a broken shower. Cold and small pool (the photos are deceptive), one of the two saunas was not working. However, a lot of attention to food, which was very good (the chef is excellent), with vegetarian and gluten-free options. Water from the spring charged like Perrier. Paid 25 euros a day for the dog's stay and still don't understand why (not only was the room cleaning poor, but they didn't even provide a bowl of water or food).

Very beautiful restaurant room structure, truly pleasant, and very kind staff. We had lunch with 4 people, of which 3 have gluten intolerance. Excellent dishes, great quality of zero-kilometer products! Congratulations indeed! The gluten-free food was sublime!!

Suitable for celiacs, and by ordering the day before, you can also eat and take away gluten-free strudel. The restaurant is divided into several very characteristic rooms.
