Historic pastry shop, the pastry chef always experiments with new recipes and is always happy to satisfy his customers. I have been visiting the pastry shop for about seven years, since I was diagnosed with celiac disease, because the gluten-free desserts are really good. I love the desserts from pastry chef Roberto, and my partner, who is not celiac, enjoys them as well.

I take the gluten-free pastries for my celiac mom; really good even though they are gluten-free, the difference is virtually non-existent and, compared to other bakeries in Genoa specialized in gluten-free, there is no match! The owners are also always available and friendly.

I had to order the gluten-free focaccia in advance, as the owner prepares it only by reservation and only one day a week, on Thursdays. It is super soft, oiled just right, nothing to envy from the "normal" focaccia, and the price is definitely affordable. We also had the baci di dama, which were fantastic!!! It's inconvenient if you're in the area on the weekend...

I bought a birthday cake, sponge cake filled with gluten-free chocolate and vanilla creams, and it was soft, delicate, truly exquisite! Congratulations!!!

In our family, we have several allergies and intolerances. I ordered a cake that could satisfy everyone, without lactose, hazelnuts, strawberries... Gluten-free lemon cake from 11/22/2020 (sponge cake and cream, soaked in limoncello) delicious, fair price, beautiful decoration, very kind staff. Reservation by phone was accurate and (currently in COVID times) distancing and general safety guidelines were followed to the letter. I will definitely return!

Spectacular. We came here after traveling 140 km, and it was worth it. I have been celiac since birth, and it had been years since I last ate their pastries. Finally, my wish came true, 17 pastries devoured immediately. Kind owners, compliments.
